Collar:	Baby blue with white fur
Microchipped:	Yes
Markings:	He has 4 white hairs on his chest and he is missing a front tooth
Circumstances:	He never usually goes out but due to the nice weather I let him play in the garden, he’s jumped over the wall and has not come back.
Other info:	He is completely black but looks brown in the sunlight, he’s probably really scared
