Markings:	Has white marks around mouth
Circumstances:	Cat just arrived and was crying continually. looked lost so started to feed. Have spoken to neightbours. tried to get to vets but could not get in box. am buying a tracer tomorrow to see if micro chipped. Have put a shelter at end of garden and feeding. Has not moved from the same spot for 3 weeks.
