Hello, this area is specifically known for stray cats, and dumped cats. Tgere is no real way of telling, just by looks if a cat is stray. Stray cats can keep tgemselves very healthy & clean, and can also be very sociable. Is the cat neutered? I can make an appointment to come and scan the cat, or alternatively you can take tge vat (only if yiu have a safe & secure cat carrier) to Goddards on Burdette Rd, Mile End. Thank you
