Circumstances:	The cat is wandering the street, desperate for food, very friendly. It looks like it is a long way from home or neglected. It is missing fur in patches and is desperately thin. It is wearing a collar. I have fed it and given it water.

The owner came forward and contacted me directly. The cat is elderly and has a health condition, hence its appearance. But it is cared for and loved by its owner.
