Hey I think I might have seen your Tito in my neighbourhood just 20 min ago. He was sitting at no 13/15 Colindale Ave. It was a small ginger cat with light eyes. I think it is a male. He is very thin and full with fleas. He is very friendly and came to me when talking to him. He let me pet him. This was the 2nd time I have seen him here. First time last week.

I saw very similar one now but...has pinkish collar. I assume if its a he, then its not him. But I thought Id ask/mention regardless!
