Circumstances:	The poor cat was soaking wet under a bush in my garden, as soon as I opened my door he approached vocally in a loving way.
Other info:	He is absolutely adorable, he is lost for certain. He loves effection been told approx 2 yrs old.

I'm not sure if he is nuetered or not but he does not have any tom cat smells, brought him in out of the rain the last day or so and he used my cats litter tray so he is house trained, I cannot express how loving and effectionate this cat is, he has to be lost, he is so adoreably loving, his owners must be worried sick by now surely. I just want him back safe with his family again. Also in tje process of getting him nuetered if he is not already.
