Markings: NICK IN TIP OF LEFT EAR
Circumstances: SPIKE GOT UP AT ABOUT 7.00 AM AND WENT OUT OF THE CATFLAP INTO MY BACK GARDEN, AND HAS NOT BEEN SEEN SINCE.
Other info: HE IS A GINGER CAT WITH A WHITE CHEST, WHITE FEET AND A WHITE TIP TO HIS TAIL.

I WAS INFORMED AT 9AM ON TUESDAY 30TH JANUARY THAT SPIKE HAD BEEN FOUND IN A GARDEN A FEW GARDENS AWAY FROM MY OWN, BUT THAT HE WAS DEAD. HE WAS FOUND LYING UNDER A WHEELBARROW. I DO NOT KNOW THE CAUSE OF HIS DEATH BUT BELIEVE HE HAD PROBABLY DIED NOT LONG AFTER HE WENT MISSING. THERE WERE NO SIGNS OF INJURY OR STARVATION.
