Circumstances:	Simba is an outdoor cat so he prefers staying outdoors , when i woke up i fed him and in the afternoon when i went to feed him again, he was no where to be found. I thought hes probably just gone for an adventure as he usually does and will come back when hes hungry but now its been over a week and he still hasn't come back home. The neighbours also havent seen him, we are all keeping an eye out but he hasnt been seen. Im not sure if hes lost or if someone has actually stolen him.

For the past few weeks a fluffy black cat matching this description has been visiting our garden. Our own cat has been afraid to go out as a result but now the cat knows we have two Labradors it has been staying in the neighbour's garden instead. Saw it again this morning. Could it be Simba?
