Circumstances:	marley is happy were he is when people do not interfere with him he has been with us 5 years people here love to interfere has been stolen by the neighbour 3 times recently although she says he not in her house I go over he runs out the door I have reported this to RSPCA and police she has harmed him and overfed him although I've asked her not to we have only just got him back he wants to go out has gone again one week our dog ended up at a dogs home although we now have 6 ft fencing and the cat at the other end of town injured by her he was paralized for 6 weeks it needs to stop he is happy here we have lived her ages and had none of this please help us get him back i have called you pat log ive emailed constantly and had no reply i dont know what else to do now im heartbroken
Other info:	marley is a mancoon/hience 57 he is constantly being taken from his home in the last 6 months whenever we get him back he goes again stop taking our cat in he lives here
