Circumstances:	'Jasper' was reported on public lost and found Facebook groups, roaming around the derelict buildings next to the theatre and the river a week before he was trapped. No owner came forward despite various searches for his people - it was clear he couldn't go on much longer in that situation. On 28.11.2020 Rescue agreed to trap him and the following morning, 29.11.2020 Jasper was caught by humane cat trap as he had been too scared to go to anyone. He visited vets on 30.11.2020 where they verified he was male, around 5 months old with no microchip and entire.
Other info:	Reported straying in a derelict building near a river. He was trapped by a rescue 29.11.2020 and is currently in foster care where the search for his family is ongoing while he regains his health (though it cannot go on indefinitely). He has cat flu which he has struggled to beat and today had a seizure out of the blue. He has received medical attention for all of this. As our search continues into it's third week, we fear he has been dumped and this is not a happy case, but hold out hope that he is someone's beloved pet who went on a big and scary adventure. Even if he is not wanted by his owners, we would love to know his medical history and any reason they have decided they cannot care for him anymore, it could help us with treating him. We will need proof of ownership which will be verified by experienced rescue volunteers and veterinary staff and a timeline of events.
