Due to the cat being nervous, I am unable to get him to the vets to be scanned. He frequently comes in for food, shelter and water. I have been contacted by a woman who thinks that the cat is hers that went missing 5 years ago. But at the moment I am unable to confirm whether the cat is the same cat she lost. So the best case scenario for the cat is that he can come in and get shelter.
