Circumstances:	Cat appeared sporadically in our garden, mainly overnight. Sightings increased through early December. We have an open lean to where our own cat shelters when he is out. The found cat has moved in more or less full time in the past 2 weeks. It is now sleeping overnight in the cat iglu and cat bed we leave there for our cat. It is constantly in our garden, leaving rarely maybe for an hour or so. Initially we did not feed it but as it never seems to go away we have now started to offer small quantities of food. It is a friendly cat once it knows you. No direct neighbours know where it has come from or if it has a home.
Other info:	Large cat appears well looked after. Slightly limping rear leg as if from an old injury. Nervous at first but likes human contact. Friendly, can be picked up. Very loving once confident in a person.

Summer: the feet are white. There is less white on the front legs than the back and there is a white tummy. I have more photos which I could send you privately if you have an email address?

We will take the cat for scanning week commencing 4th January and post a result accordingly. Hopefully we may get a result that helps getting it back home.

We will check. Still hoping to get scanned but lockdown is causing problems. We are contacting Cats Protection in the hope they may come and scan.

Lots of enquiries but sadly no one claimed her. She was unclipped. When weather improved she started coming indoors through windows and sleeping with our cat. They are now good friends and do not like being parted. If anyone comes for her which appears doubtful, we will talk with them, but intend in the present time to wait another month and then get her chipped as our own.
