Circumstances: We have had a report from a member of the public asking for us to remove a dead Cat from the garages located at the bottom of Hawkshead Drive. The Cat was found by one of our Teams and brought back to Alexandra Park for storage.

Do you check these cats for chips, my cat is very long haired with a very long tail he’s been missing since 23rd March, he is chipped but as you know it’s difficult to identify all black cats.

Hi Gina. We scan all animals that we sadly collect from the public Highway. On this occasion we did not find a tag a number. Hope this helps
