Markings:	He is a moustached parakeet and has a dark green band across his eyes. He has an orange beak and there is a single orange tinged feather on the left of his chest. He also has an orange tag on his ankle
Circumstances:	Flew out window.

Ziggy was found in a tree next to Leamington Spa station by a passer by. They posted a public advert on Facebook and took him to Heathcote vets. Another member of the public spotted both my lost bird post and the found bird post and provided contact between us both
