Circumstances:	He started to visit once a day for food. This has increased over time and hes now a regular visitor who does come indoors
Other info:	One small black spot on chin

Since submitting the report he has continued to roam and it's impossible to know where he is or how long he'll be gone for - we certainly cant consider him "found". "Owners" not microchipping or Neutering do of course make this situation more likely unfortunately. If he wished to stay here we would consider adopting him.
