Circumstances:	Milo was outside when he was picked up by a neighbour and thought he was stray. Milo was due to be microchipped this week so he was taken to the vet by the neighbour. However as he is not microchipped yet, the vet could not keep him. The neighbour has then handed him over to someone on the street who was happy to keep him. If you have him please return him to us
