Pretty certain I saw Alfie in the churchyard of St Mary’s Church Rickmansworth at about 1.00pm on Thursday 4th May. About 5 or 10 minutes from Tesco. (punks.invent.layers on what3words) Looked OK but very nervous. Hope you find him.

Thank you so much for letting me know. I hadn’t necessarily been looking there but it ties in with another sighting around st Mary’s court. He is quite shy and not great around strangers. I will focus my search there this evening when things quieten down. Thank you again for the update - very much appreciated

Hi Mark, pretty sure we spotted Alfie on Skidmore Way in Rickmansworth (WD31TA) today at 12:30pm. He had the white mark on his chest (I do have a picture). We called the name Alfie to see if it may be him or another cat and he did look towards us and stop when we called the name. He looked healthy and fed. At St. Mary's Court on Skidmore Way they often have food out for cats so he may going there.

Thank you for getting back to me Lucy. Long story short, the cat you have seen is a cat called fluffy who lives on skidmore way. Looks pretty much identical including a white patch on his chest and even answers to Alfie! I’m going to take the posters down on skidmore way and hope he turns up somewhere along the canal as I don’t want to waste peoples time but I very much appreciate you contacting me with the details above - mark
