Markings:	Bright blue under plumage
Circumstances:	Landed on head of son in school and wouldn’t leave his shoulder. Son was working at a kids club and bird just stayed with them and he didn’t feel he could just leave it there so he brought it home to work out what to do. We don’t think it is wild bird.
Other info:	Seems v domesticated as just stayed on shoulder and wouldn’t fly away.
