Circumstances:	I was sitting on the bench at the back, next to some bushes, and the cat came out of the bushes to greet me. They were very friendly but looked like they needed TLC.
Other info:	Fur is thick, matted, and dirty. The cat is very friendly. They came out of the bushes at the back of North Sheen Recreation Ground, next to the benches. They feel thin. I went back with some water, and I couldn't see them. I left the water and will return tonight with some food. There are houses very nearby, but the cat needs TLC.
