Please change breed to ragdoll. It is clearly from the markings a ragdoll mitted. Absolutely beautiful little kitty. I ragdolls myself and can assure you it is. You can check by looking on Google images for ragdoll mitted. There are different types of ragdoll but I think this may be a seal point I'm not sure which type of ragdoll he is. Definitely not blue type. Anyone looking for this animal will be typing ragdoll in to find it and coming up with no results. Please change so kitty may be found easier for owner.
