Circumstances:	He flew out of the patio door which was left open. He is ultra tame and says "pretty bird" a lot.

Hi someone has today posted in a closed Withington Facebook group that they have found a friendly cockatiel. There is no photograph but someone has tried to contact the finder a Michelle Jones with your contact number taken from the national pet register sight but we do not know if she will contact you as she is not replying. If you are on facebook join the closed Withington group and Lost parrots and birds found uk.

It was found in Platt Fields Park, South Manchester and that it is very chatty & friendly.
