Circumstances:	He went out and just never returned.

Ollie was brought home after a week of being missing but was unfortunately very unwell, probably due to not having his daily thyroid medication. He was taken immediately to the vet but there was nothing the vet could do and sadly he had to be put down. Rest in peace Ollie x
