Circumstances:	May have got out the front of the house when refuse bins were being put out for weekly collection Not used to going out, only usually goes out in back garden, doesn’t know the area
Other info:	Wearing a collar with an identification disc on it with her name and address

Disappeared from home for 8 weeks, found by neighbour, was unresponsive and very ill. Rushed to emergency vet, currently undergoing medical treatment and tests, not a very positive prognosis but we can only hope.
