Markings:	looks as though a good feed would help he is not neglected
Circumstances:	just was not there in the morning
Other info:	he is old and not got good balance when climbing dont know if he can climb fences only stays at home is very thin but has a good appetite is-black but turning brown through laying in the sun can yell when he wants somthing
