Circumstances:	This Tom has visited before, a few months ago. Distinctive crying at night. Also hanging around daytime. This week sighted him, matched to the cry, he's lost lots of weight. He's eaten food I've put out. Concerned he's a lost or abandoned cat now, not just a wandering Tom. Very friendly, obviously been socialised when a kitten/had a home at some point before first Tom wanderings. Probably under 4 years old, maybe 1 to 3 years? Ive put healthy as no obvious problems, but he's seriously underweight.
Other info:	Looks a bit Asian, full bushy tail. Currently underweight. I put a collar on him a while ago, as is black, he's reappeared very underweight. He "sings" outside at night. Friendly. not neutered I think.

NOT SEEN THE ABOVE MENTION PUSS,BUT HAVE HAD A JET BLACK, HEALTHY CAT MAKING FRIENDS WITH MINE, TRYING TO GET IN AT NIGHT, WILL TAKE PIC NEXT TIME ITS ABOUT.

Have not had checked for microchip yet. I've spoken with a vet and intend to try to take him to the vet to be checked for a chip and also health. Will update here once have outcome of that trip.

Also, the cat in question has a, red reflective collar on it, but it was a collar I gave it several months ago (worried it was black and would be a car victim). That's how I noted how skinny it has become.
