If you don’t know if chipped it might say on his vet bills if they scanned on a previous visit. If not chipped to you any clues who he could be chipped to if at all? I would make a report to Battersea you can do it on their website and they send you an ID reference. I hope you find him. Was he far from home when he escaped? They usually stay quite close to where they were lost if displaced away from home.
