I saw a RSPCA poster in our newsagents window in the High Street in Kidlington on Saturday 21st June, stating tortoise found. Please can this be passed onto the owners to contact the RSPCA just to check this isn't theirs and it was actually stolen and dumped? They may not have checked for a chip........Thx.
