I had a dog very similar to this in my garden. I phoned up the police who told me to contact the council. A dog handler\ranger come round and picked him up. This was sometime ago. I'll see if I can work out exactly when it was. He was wearing a coller, but I couldn't get close enough to see if he had a indentity tag on it or not.
