Went missing:	9 years ago (21 March 2015 at around 23:00hrs)
Location:	Druce Way, Oxford, Oxford, Oxfordshire OX4 6TJ, UK
Health:	Healthy
Age:	10 years old
Sex:	Male
Collar:	No
Microchipped:	No
Markings:	He has white markings on all 4paws (sock) White going from his chin all the way down to his stomach and a white tip on tail.
Circumstances:	I put him out the front to see if he would like to go out for abit for the first time but he got scared due to someone walking past and ran off.

Any sign yet? Have you spoken with the RSPCA, Blue Cross, all local vets, put up posters, delivered flyers, been door knocking? Someone somewhere will have seen him and should contact you, but ONLY if enough information has been sent out across the neighborhood...x

I've seen a very similar looking cat in the area you're in, I often cycle through on my way to work. I will snap a picture next time to see if it's the same cat.
