Circumstances:	Carer away and person looking after him neglected to feed and water him. Hasn't been seen since.

HiWe think we may have seen your cat in our garden. He is very similar to the description apart from the white toe on back paw which we can't get close enough to see. He seems friendly and fur is in good condition so we think he isn't a stray however it is quite thin.
