Markings:	Tiny white patch below neck.
Circumstances:	He has gone off fighting etc & appears to have got lost. His haunts include Kirby Place and Bennett Crescent, OX4.

Is he neutered? Males ought to be. This prevents wandering and territorial fighting. Neutered males are MUCH happier.
