Circumstances:	Whilst walking our dog; followed us & all people in the area didn’t recognise the dog. When we got to the road, had to keep it safe.
Other info:	Small dog (puppy) found on Fogwell Botley on Thursday 23rd

Checked if she was chipped (wasn’t) at local vets who recognised her as it was the third time. So found report on Facebook. Contacted owner. I insisted she was chipped before returning the dog.
