Adam, would you be able to get the cat into a carrier if there's no response to this? and take him to a rescue centre for attention, he sounds in a bad way, poor thing...

That’s my plan if there is no response to the advert. He appears twice or 3 times a day for food and fuss. But is out in all weathers day and night
