Circumstances:	She has been wandering around this area all week going into people's houses and shops downstairs. As soon as you open the door, she runs in!

more info: she currently has a weepy eye, she chirrups constantly and is very vocal. for the past week she has spent most of the afternoon and evening at our house each day. she does not have a collar, and we had a vet scan her for microchips but nothing came up.
