Markings:	Black blotches on inside of front legs. Very skinny although doesn't look it.
Circumstances:	Came in window for food
Other info:	Has been appearing in Pimpernel Close for a few months. Collar is very old so have removed it but kept it for reference.

The owner has reported this as not a lost cat but a local cat and collar had come off. Owner is getting new collar so good news.
