Circumstances:	We have seen this cat around the area for months, and assumed he lived locally until we noticed recently that he has become very skinny. He seems ravonously hungry (hence I've judged his condtion to be 'unwell'). He is timid of us and our cats, but allowed us to get close enough to give him some cat biscuits this evening. ** The picture is of our cat, who looks very similar, as we couldn't get a photo of the stray, and the website wouldn't let us not upload one. The stray looks very similar, but with more white that our cat.**
Other info:	Very attractive looking cat, who we have seen around for maybe 4 or 6 months. However, he has become noticeably very skinny lately. He isn't feral, as will occasionally come closer when we offer biscuits. He is ginger and white (more white than ginger).
