Have just seen this cat at Paradise Square, near the westgate shopping centre. Looks very thin and ill... has no one claimed it?

I live in this area and we've seen this cat a few times this month too. I see there's another listing from early June (https://www.petsreunited.com/oxford/oxfordshire/found/cats/found-persian-cat/qe9wypsh) which says the cat has been returned to owner - so has the owner been identified?

Hi, I'm the owner of Minnie. She lives with us in Paradise Square, loves to wander, doesn't like a collar, comes home most nights if not fetched home, is regularly checked, is well fed and healthy. Your concern is appreciated, and were she in trouble I'd be glad of your help. She is fine though, hates being kept in. We've only been here two months so far, but she does enjoy the area. ??
