Circumstances:	The cat was on the verge on the south side of the road somewhere between the allotments and the roundabout.
Other info:	I passed this cat on my way to work this morning, I couldn't stop so I am not sure of details. It was an adult silver tabby, a beautiful cat, such a shame.
