Morning! He might well be one of those cats that just like roaming and eating. He looks in good condition. Are you able to get him to a vet to see if he is microchipped? If he isn't chipped then might be a good idea to get him to the Oxford Animal Sanctuary in Stadhampton before the winter... xx
