Markings:	A beautiful and unusual-looking cat, may have some Oriental in him. Light blue eyes.
Circumstances:	Date and time are approximate. He is a small cat, very thin and hungry; finder has been feeding him.

This lovely cat has been given a new home. I am leaving the report open for the time being in case his original owner wants to know what became of him, but he is happily settled now and has been neutered and chipped.
