Circumstances:	She hasn't moved far from our front garden for a good while, we have been trying to find her owner, she is registered in Coventry and phone number doesn't work. No collar. We have been trying to gain her trust after we realised she wasnt going to leave. She doesn't like being in house so we have struggled to bring her in until last night as she was freezing. She was very skinny when she turned up.
