Location:	Cardale Road, Nottingham NG3 7BP, UK
Health:	Healthy
Age:	12 years old (approx)
Sex:	Neutered Male
Collar:	Black with diamontes
Microchipped:	Yes
Markings:	One black leg, 3 white, but all paws are white. Has a black nose and a slightly bent ear from a healed injury
Circumstances:	I last saw him leaving the back garden on one of his adventures. However he did not come back for dinner that night and hasn't been seen since. I was becoming slightly concerned with his health (though he looked perfectly well) and wanted to get him checked out at the vet before he disappeared.

Sadly, we think he was hit by a car on the day he went missing. We collected him and have had him cremated.
