Circumstances:	Hangs around my garden and comes into my house ever day and night. Eats my cats food.
Other info:	Started coming into my house three weeks ago but won’t let us approach him. Very loud meow and has been spraying so I’m guessing has not been neutered. Friendly with my cats.
