Circumstances:	We were down by the river when the cats came out from the trees, they were loud and meowing for food. They also were seen by the road as there is a bin there.
Other info:	There are 3 young cats that I have seen it appears they are from the same litter. 2 are black with a ginger undertone and one is white with black and ginger patches. They all look frightened and are starving. Meowing constantly and very inquisitive of humans, coming close enough to be fed but also very scared
