Circumstances:	this cat found me came through our cat flap 2 weeks before christmas was asleep on my ottoman. he or she has attached to me, so if noone wants the cat we will have himor her. it seems strange someone has put a collor on with 3 bells no tag, we will give the cat a home with us as heor she has settled down.
Other info:	white down hi or her nose, white tips on 4 paws

i have found the owner of this cat, he was not lost someone told me he lives in my road, i have spoken to the lady who was very nice and she explained the reason some times don't go home. she was quite happy to let her cat stay with me because he is very nervous and does not like her twin boys of age 2yrs. the cat has settled down with my husband and i except he howels at my cat which hopefully he will grow out of thank you for your help.
