Markings:	She has a purple ring around her ankle but there are no numbers to track the owner
Circumstances:	My budgie is currently missing and I have put posts about her all over social media. I was contacting about this budgie because of this and my neighbour brought this found budgie to me thinking it was mine. However, it's not my baby so, trying to locate the rightful owner
