Does this cat have a tabby patch on his belly?

The sides of his belly are striped but they are slightly curved and form a sort of broken circle. The underside of his belly has a very fine white line going down to a white patch between his hind legs. He has now been taken in by The Ginger Cat house rescue since sadly we weren’t able to keep him.

We were unable to keep him so he was taken in by a rescue shelter
