Markings:	Toby has 2 patches of black around both eyes. He has a black tail with white running through it with the tip being white
Circumstances:	Toby is predominately a White cat with 2 black patches around both eyes and his tail is mainly black but has white running through it, in particular a white patch at the start of his tail and the tip is white. Toby is suffering from an ulcer in his right eye and he is under the care of Jackson & Nuttall vets Mill Fold Road Middleton, Manchester M24 1DE. He had an appointment on Monday 27th April 2020 at 11am. Because of social distancing you now wait outside with your pet and the vet will come to you. I parked my car right opposite the vet main entrance and sat on the low wall waiting for the vet who was aware I had arrived. She was dealing with another animal at the time. It was very warm and I decided I would put my sweat top I was carrying back in the car, literally a few feet in front of me. I left a Toby safe by the wall. I was aware a man was walking down the street but thought nothing of it. Within seconds I heard a loud banging sound and a woman shouting loud. I turned to find my cat bolting from his cage in a petrified state. The woman was shouting at that man who, she told me, had kicked the cage with such force the top bust open and Toby fled. Toby went towards the terraced houses opposite the vets. It is a gated area. I was allowed into the gated area and looked around for an hour but no sign of Toby.
Other info:	He is currently suffering from a ulcer in his right eye and he keeps this eye closed a lot of the time

I received a call around 6.30pm from a resident on the street where Toby went missing. He had seen him at his front garden gate. I went down immediately but Toby had gone. I searched for hour and half and then came home. I went back at 22.15hrs and after a short search Toby came out from under a van straight to me.
