Circumstances:	This cat has been hanging around our area of Bonsall for quite a while. I've asked around and he seems to be a stray. He is quite nervous but once he is comfortable with you, he is friendly so I don't think he has always been a stray. He was really skinny when we first saw him but we've given him some cat food and he's fattened up. He has slits in both ears and a few grey hairs in his black fur. We can't let him in the house as we have two indoor cats. I would really like to know if he has an owner somewhere as I worry about him being out in the cold.
