Circumstances:	He's only been at the new house for a week and must have gotten out of a window overnight to explore. He doesn't know the area at all so he won't be able to make his way back home.
Other info:	Has distinctive black "eyeliner" pattern around one eye. Very bright green/yellow eyes.
